We drafted an agreement concerning cooperation with medical entities in terms of developing and training AI algorithms used to detect very rare genetic diseases. The project required securing the rights to the algorithms and to personal data, including medical data, used to train the algorithms.

We drafted an agreement concerning the implementation of AI algorithms in hospitals diagnosing rare diseases. There were several parties to the agreement and we also drafted implementation agreements regulating the principles of cooperation in terms of AI algorithms for diagnosing patients with rare and ultra-rare diseases.
