As part of the project, we ensured compliance with the requirements resulting from personal data protection regulations in terms of the operations of an entity providing novelty health and medical solutions with the use of IoT devices and a mobile application that supports patients with respiratory problems.
The project required securing the health data processed in a novelty solution functioning as a combination of hardware and software.

Drafting of an agreement enabling cooperation with a university clinic in terms of testing a novelty solution for processing the data of patients with respiratory tract conditions. The agreement regulated issues related to cross-border exchange of data and its proper securing in view of its sensitive nature.
