Comprehensive legal support of the development investment worth over PLN 100 million

Konieczny Wierzbicki Kancelaria Radców Prawnych dealt with comprehensive legal services for the development investment (Polonijna) – purchase of real estate, organization of construction, sale process, supervision over the implementation. The law firm also supervised the sales process and after-sales service – handling potential complaints, controlling reported defects or solving current formal problems. The investment is located in Krakow, it is a complex of residential buildings with a total of over 700 apartments. The total value of the investment was over PLN 100 million.

The Konieczny Wierzbicki Law Firm also participated in negotiations related to the sale of a part of the real estate. This transaction was one of the first investments intended for long-term lease of apartments by the State Treasury. The transaction was conducted as part of a housing construction support program.

• Riversdale – An investment in the center of Krakow. A total of 300 apartments. The total value of the investment was several dozen million zlotys.
• Origin – in this case, the law firm also provided its services in a comprehensive manner. Initially by negotiating an investment agreement, then handling the investment at every stage, up to the sale of the property.
