Drafting and negotiating contracts for the creation of a new online banking platform

Our Law Firm has cooperated with a Poland-based company that provides professional support to leading financial, telecommunications and hotel sectors. Its business activities are divided into three segments: Fintech, Enterprise Services and Hoteltech.

Among others, he helped to draw up and negotiate contracts between the customer of KWKR law office – internationally recognized provider of banking, telecommunication and hospitality software solution, listed on Polish stock exchange in Warsaw – and DNB Bank Polska S.A. The subject matter of the contracts was implementation of internet and mobile banking software, where the total value of the contract exceeds  the amount of PLN 5 mln, and maintenance and further development of the software (contract signed in second part of 2017).

In October, after several months of intensive negotiations with the participation of our law firm, an agreement was signed between  our client and DNB Bank Polska S.A. – a bank, which is a part of DNB Group – the largest Norwegian financial group, operating in 19 countries.

Under the mentioned contract, our client will design a modern interface for its contractor and implement a new online banking platform for corporate clients.
