Due diligence analyses of various real estate in Polish for a key credit institution offering support to commercial companies

For a few years now, we have been providing ongoing legal consultancy services to a Polish state agency associated with Polish Holding Bank, which is a key credit institution offering its financial support to commercial companies and Polish citizens. Another recipient of the services of our Law Firm is also an agency that is a member of the Polish Development Fund holding group. The services rendered by the Law Firm included several due diligence analyses involving various properties located in Poland.
