Due diligence of gambling companies

Our client is an activist in the Polish entertainment market. The law firm has begun investigating the due diligence of a gambling company to precede its acquisition by a foreign entity.

As part of the study, lawyers of the law firm will verify the legal, financial, and tax elements of the company’s activities, as well as identify the most important risks associated with its operation. The value of the transaction is estimated at EUR 30 million.
