IT customer support in the implementation of modern e-banking for an international bank from Southeast Asia

Our law firm successfully completed negotiations for the implementation and service of the Live Bank product. From the client’s perspective it was the most significant contract in the financial sector in the company’s history, which resulted in sharp increase in the share price listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 50%.

The product was implemented in 16 APAC and EMEA countries for over 100 million bank clients. For our law firm finalizing complicated negotiations of several-party agreements with bank’s representatives from South-East Asia, which resulted in a contract functioning at the interface of legal systems of several countries, touching – in addition to typical issues such as obligations of parties, liability rules, rules for terminating contracts – specific local issues of information processing protected in 16 countries, was a huge success.
