With about 55,000 employees, it provides a wide range of property and casualty, life insurance products and services in more than 215 countries and territories. Our client’s customers include individuals, small businesses, and mid-sized and large companies, as well as multinational corporations.

The task of the lawyers from our Law Firm’s Real Estate Department was to negotiate and execute an agreement of lease of office space.

The client picked the Astris office block in Kraków, at ul. Promienistych 1. The agreement concerned 2,500 m2 of office space, including additional storage rooms and car parks.
