Help rent office space for a globally recognized manufacturer of mobile software and applications

The counterparty entrusted our Law Firm with handling the legal aspects of its interests. The company, with several hundred employees and leading projects on international markets (USA), is a regular client of our Law Firm, using various legal services since the beginnings of our presence on the market.

The company is a globally recognized manufacturer of software and mobile applications. It successfully operates in the Polish FinTech sector, carrying out projects for the largest companies from the telecommunications, insurance, finance, and e-commerce sectors.

In this case, our Law Firm negotiated and executed an agreement of lease of office space for the company. The client decided to go with the Zabłocie Business Park office block located at ul. Zabłocie 43A. In terms of this project, we cooperated with international advisors from Knight Frank.

The contract concerned several hundred square meters of office space, including additional storage rooms and parking lots.
