The Law Firm analyzed the contract with a contractor from Turkey as part of the tender. The scope of the obligation included the regulation and settlement of the termination of cooperation between the Polish client and the Turkish contractor for the joint implementation of specialized work in the field of mining engineering. The agreement was written in English and was dealt with in English law, thanks to which our lawyers increased their experience in conducting international transactions.
