Legal assistance in changing the status and adapting the foreign structure of the company to the Polish legal systems

Konieczny Wierzbicki Law Firm developed and implemented the structure of operations for our client. With the support of our corporate department, the company’s activity and structure were adapted to the Polish legal provisions regarding the Alternative Investment Company and Partnership Managers.

As a result of these actions, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority granted the company the status of an Alternative Investment Company and Partnership Manager according to the provisions of the act on the investment funds and the management of the alternative investment funds.

We are providing on-going legal support in different investment and disinvestment transactions carries oud by the fund (the fund is contracted to perform in total 30 investments). The target companies operate in the fields of IoT, robotics and automation, virtual reality, drones and aviation, contactless energy, FMCG, cloud computing.

We supported the client in preparation of investment-return mechanism in the PoP and PoC stages of the projects. We also supported the fund in finding investors, concluding investor agreements and securing the financing of planned investment schemes.
