Our client is the largest state organizational unit in Poland performing tasks in the field of social insurance.

Lawyers from our law firm are currently preparing a set of highly sophisticated documents that are going to be used by Social Insurance Institution in tender proceedings concerning the choice of electronic payment services provider. (Social Insurance Institution) is a crucial national agency responsible for mandatory social security system in Poland.

It processes the collection of social insurance contributions and distributes the retirements benefits, sickness benefits, etc. Social Insurance Institution intends to let the social contribution payees settle due amounts electronically through Social Insurance Institution electronic system called PUE. Social Insurance Institution requested our law firm to prepare drafts of all necessary contractual documents (a specific and unique concession contract with all necessary enclosures, data processing agreement, etc.).

When drafting these, many different areas of law and technical issues in the field of financial services must be taken into account at the same time. Our lawyers need to deal, among others, with specific provisions of the Polish procurement law, payment services law, data protection law and social security law.
