Ongoing legal service of the entire process (purchase, renovation, further expansion) of the shopping mall

With our assistance, the client executed a lucrative agreement for the purchase, renovation, and further development of a shopping mall. Ongoing legal support with respect to the entire process, including an analysis of the legal status of the property – a shopping mall (in redevelopment) – and ongoing advice provided to our client made it possible to accept the proposed terms of sale.

We represented the buyer, successfully supporting him during the organization of the entire transaction, drafted and negotiated the agreements with the bank and the previous owner (as well as the company indicated by him), which were signed later on. The most difficult part of this particular transaction was agreeing on certain terms with the debtor, who was blocking the bankruptcy proceedings.

We continue to support the client with the commercialization process, including the renovation of the premises, as well as looking for potential tenants and negotiating lease agreements. In terms of this project, we cooperated with many international advisors.
