The value of the dispute is approximately PLN 1.5 million. The Law Firm represents the company in proceedings for indemnities before the ordinary court and will represent the company in proceedings before the Arbitration Court of the Leviathan Confederation, which has jurisdiction to settle disputes relating to the company’s claims under the works contract.
