Conducting lease negotiations for the world leader in the transport industry

Company, which operates in the BSO services and is a global leader that provides services in terms of accounting, bookkeeping, personnel management, and purchases to a German air carrier in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

We negotiated a lease agreement concerning premises in the Bonarka complex. In terms of this project, we cooperated with international advisors from Colliers.

Our lawyers negotiated and executed an agreement of lease of office space for the client. The leased premises are located in the Bonarka4Bussines office complex in Kraków. The agreement concerned 2,500 m2 of office space, including additional storage rooms and car parks, in an existing office block.
