Internship – IT Law
Our requirements
The IT/TMT department provides legal services to clients whose businesses are based on or otherwise utilize intellectual property rights.
Our clients primarily include companies from the IT sector, ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, working with cutting-edge technologies such as AI and blockchain. We also serve clients from the financial, gaming, and gambling industries. We draft and negotiate various IT contracts. Additionally, we assist foreign clients establishing business operations in Poland as well as domestic companies investing abroad. Our services also cover international contract law, labor law, and immigration law. We focus on cooperation in an international environment, with a significant portion of our work conducted in foreign languages, mainly English.
We expect a willingness to learn and a strong desire to develop in the field of IT law.
