Senior Associate – Specialist in Compliance Law and Data Protection
Join KWKR as a Senior Associate specializing in Compliance Law and Data Protection.
Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive legal advisory within clients’ business operations
- Consulting on broadly understood compliance, GDPR, and regulatory issues
- Ongoing client contact and communication
- Independent project management and supervision of junior lawyers
- Depending on client needs, advising in other legal areas, particularly corporate, real estate, and tax projects, including drafting and reviewing contracts (also in the IT sector)
- A significant part of the assigned tasks may be performed in English
Our requirements
- Providing comprehensive legal advice within clients’ business operations
- Consulting on compliance, GDPR, and regulatory matters
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients
- Independently managing projects and supervising junior lawyers
- Advising in other legal areas based on client needs, especially corporate, real estate, and tax matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts (including IT-related agreements)
- Performing a significant portion of tasks in English
