Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2021

We invite you to participate in the gala of the 10th edition of the “Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2021”. The event will be broadcast live on November 23 at noon. Among the 35 distinguished lawyers is our expert – Paulina Opiełka.

Paulina Opiełka leads the corporate team of our law firm. She excels at providing corporate services to companies, private equity investors, and venture capital funds. She specializes in entry and exit transactions and M&A. She also supports entrepreneurs in divestment processes, and in the commercialization of R&D results during private and public capital raising. Besides, she advises several VC funds co-financed by NCBR and PFR. Apart from that, Paulina undertakes various initiatives related to raising legal awareness among young people. She conducts numerous international seminars on mediation and negotiation, teaching her pupils alternative dispute resolution. In a few days, she will also conduct training for law students on negotiating investment agreements.

During the gala, we will present the profiles of young lawyers who have had a huge impact on the development of Polish law. We are very pleased that our specialist is among such eminent persons. Increasing legal awareness will certainly help many people to effectively conduct business, looking at the whole project from a broader perspective.

This year’s edition will also include a legal debate entitled “Landscape After the Battle – Law Firm Competitiveness in a Time of Plague”. During the discussion, the speakers will highlight changes in clients’ expectations from law firms and the impact of technology on the law.
