The Lendtech Foundation has awarded five special awards to participants in the 2021 Lendtech Map. Our Firm’s Partner, Monika Macura, was also honored.
Monika Macura has received the award for her substantive contribution, innovation, and involvement in the development of the lendtech ecosystem in Poland. We are pleased that such a respectable group of people appreciated Monika’s long-term work. Her in-depth knowledge in areas such as finance and lending law is something we are proud of.
Monika Macura heads the FinTech, payment services, and banking specialization. She has been providing comprehensive legal services to lending and payment institutions as well as banks for 10 years. She has also introduced several financial institutions to the Polish market! In addition, she has advised on setting up institution structures and on creating product offerings using modern technologies and mobile applications.
Many clients with global reach and reputation have trusted Monika. She often represents them in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority as well as in relations with administrative authorities – the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Office for Personal Data Protection, and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Our specialist often participates in many training courses and conferences, increasing the awareness of the audience of fintech and lendtech. She also spoke at the 2nd edition of the Lendtech Congress, where she shared her knowledge on legal risk management in the fintech industry.
