Graduate of the KEN Pedagogical University in Cracow. A former entrepreneur who decided to follow her heart and re-brand herself within the area she has always been passionate about – HR. In her work, she combines the viewpoints of business and employee, so she understands both perspectives very well. She managed teams of several people, learning in practice how to properly implement, train, motivate and manage employees. She is fluent in English. She very much enjoys spending her free time actively outdoors with her family.
