Experience
She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive corporate services to commercial law companies. In her previous practice, she has advised entities in the automotive, construction and HR industries, among others.
She has prepared and negotiated contracts, as well as drafted legal opinions on matters related to clients’ business activities.
She represented clients in court and administrative proceedings. She participated in the processes of implementation of RODO and creation of internal regulations as part of the compliance system.
Education
As of 2019, legal advisor to the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow and from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Krakow University of Economics.
Graduate of postgraduate studies “Law of New Technologies” at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
She is fluent in English.
