Bio
M.Sc. in biotechnology, legal adviser, patent attorney at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys in Warsaw.
She is a biotechnologist and legal adviser who successfully and enthusiastically combines these two seemingly different fields. She is qualified to represent clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in matters concerning Community trade marks and industrial designs.
She graduated from the Interdepartmental Study of Biotechnology at the Agricultural Academy in Cracow, now the Agricultural University, with a master’s degree, then from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, and completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Cracow.
Her professional and personal interests are closely related to intellectual property law. She completed Postgraduate Studies in Mediation and Other Methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University and Modern Technology Law at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
Prior to working with our firm, she gained several years of professional experience working initially at one of the largest technical universities in Krakow and then at the Krakow branch of a popular and important national and international patent law firm.
Within the framework of her practice and cooperation with our law firm, she deals with cases related to inventions, utility models, infringement of intellectual property rights, Internet domains and unfair competition advising clients in this area.
