Anna is a specialist in real estate law and construction-related administrative proceedings, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the investment process.

Her expertise extends across spatial planning, real estate law, legal support for developers, protection of historical monuments, environmental protection, and agricultural law, making her an invaluable advisor for complex, multi-faceted projects.

Professional experience

Anna gained professional experience working in recognised law firms in Kraków and within the legal departments of leading development companies. She has experience advising developers and construction firms, conducting real estate audits, and negotiating agreements related to the investment process.  She has prepared numerous analyses and legal opinions in the fields of real estate law, construction law, historic preservation law, environmental law, and agricultural law. She has conducted court proceedings in the field of regulation of the complicated legal status of real estate, disputes on the grounds of construction works contracts, and real estate defects. Anna has represented clients in court, particularly in cases involving the resolution of complex real estate ownership issues, construction contract disputes, and real estate defects.

Within our Firm, Anna is a real estate law team member, providing ongoing legal support to business clients in the area of real estate law, participating in real estate due diligence processes, and representing clients before administrative authorities and administrative courts on construction-related matters.

Qualifications

Attorney-at-law registered with the Kraków Bar Association since 2020. Graduate of the Master’s degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Anna also completed the School of American Law programme conducted by the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in cooperation with The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington DC, USA

Anna is fluent in English, and Russian.
