Bio
He has many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, particularly in matters relating to civil law, real estate law, and reprivatization proceedings. In his practice, he effectively represents clients before common and administrative courts, as well as public administration authorities.
His expertise also covers environmental law and spatial planning and development law, which enables him to handle complex investment cases and advise on projects involving urban space management.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and has completed two postgraduate programs: Real Estate Law and Contract Law in Consumer and Professional Transactions. He is currently continuing his professional development as part of the bar training program at the Kraków District Chamber of Legal Advisors.
He combines a practical approach to legal issues with long-term supervisory experience – for many years, he served on the supervisory board of a housing cooperative, which deepened his understanding of the realities of the housing market.
