Specialization
Dominik Korybalski specializes in commercial and civil law, with particular focus on M&A transactions, ongoing corporate legal services for business entities, and corporate reorganizations (transformations, demergers, and mergers of companies).
Experience
Has been gaining professional experience since 2019 and has been associated with KWKR since 2021. Advises on M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side (including investors), covering in particular the preparation and coordination of due diligence processes, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements (SPA) and shareholders’ agreements (SHA).
He supports clients in corporate law matters, including corporate reorganizations (transformations, demergers, and mergers of companies), liquidations, as well as ongoing corporate governance and shareholder relations. He also has experience in corporate disputes before civil courts, in particular in cases concerning challenges to resolutions.
Dominik provides ongoing, comprehensive corporate legal services to public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchang – WSE (pl. GPW) and the NewConnect market, including support for corporate bodies, preparation and review of corporate documentation, and advising on activities undertaken in the course of business operations.
He participates in investment processes and projects financed from public and quasi-public funds, including support instruments such as Bridge Alfa (NCBR) and PFR Starter, with a focus on preparing and negotiating investment and corporate documentation, as well as ongoing legal advisory during project implementation.
Dominik Korybalski advises foreign entrepreneurs on conducting business in Poland, in particular with regard to contract drafting and negotiations and compliance matters; he has been involved in advising entities connected to the USA, the UK, and Cyprus. He also supports start-ups at various stages of development.

Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University (Law, 2016–2021). Between 2022 and 2024, he completed his advocate training (attorney-at-law apprenticeship), and in 2025 he passed the professional exam and qualified as an attorney-at-law.
