Specializations
Specializes in new technology law and regulation of financial markets, intellectual property law, personal data protection law, and public procurement law. She is an expert in the area of cloud services regulations and IT services outsourcing, taking into account the specificity of the financial sector. She supports clients in the area of public procurement, taking into account the specificity of contracts in the IT sector.

Experience
She advises in particular clients from the FinTech, IT, cyber security, e-commerce, and new technologies industries:

  • She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, implementation agreements, and contracts for the provision of IT services in the SaaS model as well as license agreements, agreements for the transfer of know-how, the transfer of intellectual property rights as well as agreements for the commercialization of research and development results.
  • She supports clients from the FinTech sector in adapting agreements and implementing regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector. He advises and supports clients in negotiating IT contracts in the regime of banking outsourcing, investment outsourcing, cloud computing, and outsourcing within the meaning of EBA guidelines.
  • She advises IT Security entities on IT contracts and personal data protection.
  • She participated in the audit of personal data protection procedures in a group of global companies.
  • She advises clients on conducting marketing campaigns with an international reach.
  • She supports the firm’s clients in public procurement proceedings. She advised a law firm client in a public procurement proceeding for the implementation of an Electronic Channels Platform by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and successfully represented the client in the proceeding before the National Appeal Chamber.
    Qualifications and professional qualifications

A legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.
Graduate of postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.
Master’s degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University.
Graduate of undergraduate and graduate studies in Administration at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
