Bio
Legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow, graduate of law from the Jagiellonian University. She specializes in comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, particularly in the ongoing corporate governance of commercial companies, as well as in drafting and negotiating business contracts. She has experience in conducting due diligence and assessing legal risks in business transactions.
Currently, she is a member of the compliance team, where she focuses primarily on issues related to AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism), whistleblower protection, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), and the creation and implementation of internal regulations in the area of compliance.
