Specialization
He provides comprehensive corporate legal services to entrepreneurs and advises on company law, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate transformations. He drafts commercial and investment agreements and participates in due diligence processes.
Professional experience
He gained experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs at law firms in Szczecin and Kraków, including representing clients in court and administrative court proceedings, as well as administrative proceedings conducted by financial, tax, and pharmaceutical regulatory authorities. He has developed and implemented internal whistleblowing procedures. He has participated in processes aimed at optimizing business structures and tax strategies, as well as in the registration and legal support of family foundations and alternative investment companies. He has founded, transformed, and liquidated both Polish and British companies, reorganized ownership structures, and handled corporate disputes.
Education
He is an advocate at the District Bar Council in Kraków.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He completed an American law school program in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Fluent in legal English.
