Specialties
Katarzyna supports the KWKR as part of the Compliance team, particularly in the areas of labor law, new technology law, intellectual property law and e-commerce law. Katarzyna also specializes in broadly defined business law, competition law and litigation law.
Experience
As part of her professional work, Katarzyna has analyzed planned commercial, marketing and economic activities and operations, also from the perspective of the risk of violation of antitrust regulations. Katarzyna carried out comprehensive legal research of the risks that may arise based on applied contracts or model contracts, developed reports indicating risk areas in the area of applied contracts and recommendations aimed at increasing the legal security of the entrepreneur. As part of her cooperation with the KWKR, Katarzyna actively participates in due diligence audits.
Katarzyna assists entrepreneurs in the processes of implementing new legal regulations, particularly in the areas of Labor Law and E-Commerce Law.
Katarzyna is the author of numerous publications in, among others, “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and “Rynek Prawniczy”.
Education
Katarzyna has been practicing the profession of legal counsel since 2016. She completed her legal advisor application with distinction. Katarzyna is a graduate of law studies at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
She speaks English to an advanced degree.
