He has advised holding companies, providing ongoing corporate legal support and assisting in share transactions. He has extensive experience in adapting corporate governance structures to specific legal requirements and individual client needs.
He has been involved in introducing shares to trading, representing clients before the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the National Depository for Securities.
He has represented clients in corporate disputes, both during general meetings (shareholders’ meetings) and before commercial courts.
Education
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia.
In 2025, he passed the bar exam for legal advisors and was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.
He is fluent in English.
