Specializations

Michał is a member of the law firm’s compliance team. He specializes in providing comprehensive legal support to businesses in the areas of labor law and social security law.

Experience

He has gained his experience by assisting employers in matters related to both individual and collective labor law, as well as social security law.

He has participated in corporate restructuring processes, including business transfers and collective redundancies. He has advised on issues such as non-compete agreements, working time regulations, and the employment of temporary workers. Michał has also taken part in legal due diligence of companies and represented employers in labor law court proceedings.

Education

Graduate of Jagiellonian University (Field of Study: Law). Since 2015, he has been a legal advisor registered with the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.

He is proficient in English.
