Bio
Maciej Ziemiański is an Attorney-at-Law and Associate in the Corporate & M&A team. He specialises in commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, ongoing corporate advisory for companies, and corporate reorganisations, including mergers, demergers and corporate transformations.
Experience
Since 2022, Maciej has been advising entrepreneurs on corporate and company law matters. He supports clients in corporate reorganisations, liquidations and the day-to-day operation of corporate bodies. His practice also includes advising on shareholder and investor relations, as well as preparing corporate documentation.
Maciej advises on the establishment and ongoing operation of family foundations, supporting clients both during the set-up phase and in matters related to governance and asset management structures.
As part of M&A transactions, he assists buyers, sellers and investors. His experience includes conducting due diligence investigations and preparing transaction documentation, including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders’ Agreements and Shareholders’/Shareholder Agreements (SHA).
He is also involved in advising Alternative Investment Companies (ASI). His work covers all stages of their operation, from incorporation and the preparation of internal regulations and policies to the implementation of investment projects.
Maciej also supports foreign investors and entrepreneurs doing business in Poland. He advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and assists clients with compliance implementation projects.
Education and Professional Qualifications
Maciej graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
He completed his attorney-at-law training between 2023 and 2025.
In 2026, he passed the professional bar examination and was recognised by the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Kraków for his outstanding result. He is qualified as an Attorney-at-Law.

Fluent in English, he advises both domestic and international clients.
