KWKR Advises collana GmbH on the Acquisition of Netwise
KWKR advised collana GmbH, a German technology group pursuing a growth strategy through acquisitions across the European market, on the acquisition of full control over Netwise, one of Poland’s leading companies specializing in enterprise software solutions and digital transformation services.
collana Group is backed by Ufenau Capital Partners, a Swiss private equity firm and the group’s strategic investor, actively supporting its growth in the international technology and digital transformation market.
The transaction marks an important step in the development of an international technology platform focused on Microsoft-based solutions. Following the completion of the transaction, Netwise joined the collana Group, strengthening its capabilities in CRM, business process digitalization, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
The project was multi-jurisdictional in nature and involved stakeholders and advisers from Poland, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.
