Digital Ocean Ventures – further deals involving KWKR

Digital Ocean Ventures – recent transactions with the involvement of our law firm

Long-term cooperation with venture capital funds allows not only for the efficient execution of consecutive transactions, but also for consistent support of long-term investment strategies. This is exactly how we have been working with Digital Ocean Ventures for years.
Recently, the fund completed further investments in technology projects. On this occasion, we would like to congratulate the Digital Ocean Ventures team on another series of successful transactions and the continued implementation of its investment strategy.

Once again, our law firm represented the fund in connection with new investments, providing comprehensive legal support and ensuring the proper protection of the investor’s interests. The firm’s work was supported by the entire KWKR team, and the cooperation was led by
Paulina Opiełka – Head of Corporate and M&A, and Paweł Machowski, Senior Associate, with many years of experience advising venture capital funds.

Investment in Replenit

Replenit is developing an artificial intelligence-based solution designed to support better marketing decision-making in e-commerce. The system analyses customer behaviour data and helps brands determine which type of communication should be delivered to a specific customer at a given moment. In practice, this translates into more relevant actions and an improved customer experience.

The company is backed by a team with extensive experience in marketing technology, having previously been involved in scaling a global e-commerce business. Replenit raised USD 2.5 million in a seed round, joined by Digital Ocean Ventures. This investment aligns with the fund’s focus on AI-driven solutions that enable more effective use of data and help companies build a competitive advantage.

Digital Ocean Ventures’ involvement in the Graftcode project

Graftcode is a technology company focused on simplifying the way different IT systems interact with each other. Its solution enables a more direct and intuitive connection between applications, without the need for complex integration mechanisms. As a result, technology teams can implement new solutions faster and manage their IT environments more efficiently.

The project is based on technology that has been developed over many years and tested in cooperation with large international organisations. Graftcode raised EUR 2.1 million in a seed round, confirming both the potential of the solution and its alignment with Digital Ocean Ventures’ strategy of investing in technologies that address real challenges and support the scaling of modern digital products.

Scope of our cooperation with Digital Ocean Ventures

We have been working continuously with Digital Ocean Ventures since 2021, supporting the fund in successive investments and transactions carried out on the venture capital market. Our role includes both ongoing legal advisory services and comprehensive support in subsequent investment rounds.

For many years, we have advised VC funds and investors on technology projects, providing legal support at every stage of the investment process – from transaction structuring, through negotiations, to the finalisation of transaction documentation.
