A company operating in the brewing sector

We drafted a framework agreement between the company and its mother company that concerned the possibility of the Polish company providing intermediation services in terms of distribution of products in Poland, at the same time ensuring a flow of information and marketing materials between the companies, regulating the duties in terms of exchange of financial information, and enabling cash flows and settlements of remunerations between group members.
