A company operating in the infrared technologies sector – entering into an investment project

As part of the project, we drafted and negotiated an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved. The agreement had to provide for special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effectively safeguard the personal engagement of the founders.
