Drafting of amendments to the existing internal procedures forced by the COVID-19 pandemic and drafting of new procedures allowing for a safe return to providing services at the company’s office.
Development of principles governing legally-compliant (especially in terms of data protection) recruitment processes of the company, which operates within a large, international structure. The project consisted in reconciling the strict requirements following from Polish labor law and data protection regulations and the company’s business assumptions, including the internal regulations of the international group it is a member of.
