The project consisted in drafting a framework agreement for the exchange of data, including the rules of data exchange in a group of companies from Poland and the US operating on the market of software development and IT services.
The other purpose of the project was to ensure compliance of the principles of data collection and cookies use on a website. This included developing comprehensive rules in terms of using techniques for collecting and analyzing the data of users of the websites of the companies belonging to a corporate group. The project required a combination of technical knowledge of the solutions used and a legal analysis of legal regulations and case law concerning the use of techniques in terms of collecting information about website users.
