Development of the principles of cold mailing for a number of European countries—creating for the client a set of rules that allow for carrying out marketing campaigns in Europe. The project required an extensive analysis of legal regulations in terms of personal data protection and provision of unsolicited commercial information in several jurisdictions, as well as drafting common rules allowing for carrying out marketing campaigns.

Legal assistance in terms of regulating the issues related to the protection of personal data of users of a mobile application intended to coordinate the actions in terms of combating the COVID-19 pandemic, including deliveries of the necessary protective measures.
