Legal advisory in terms of implementation of internal group policies in a joint-stock company that is a member of an international group. Drafting of documentation in Polish (on the basis of the materials received from the HQ) that regulated the principles of corporate governance and the rules of exchange of information between the affiliated companies, obtaining consent to specific legal transactions, and approval and verification of the members of the company’s bodies, as well as a social media policy, an anti-corruption policy, etc. The advisory covered in particular the implementation of group policies in Polish companies (January–February 2019 and January 2020) and the practical use of reporting principles across the group (2019–present).
