A company operating in the new technologies sector

At the request of sector investors, we drafted and negotiated an investment agreement concerning a company operating in the computer games sector. The project also included transforming the company into a joint-stock company and preparations for the IPO via the NewConnect alternative trading system.

Our tasks included:
– legal advisory during the transaction, including drafting and negotiating an investment agreement, a memorandum of association, representations and warranties, and other documentation;
– transforming the company into a joint-stock company and preparations for the IPO via the NewConnect alternative trading system.
