A company operating in the new technologies sector – acquisition of companies

Our Law Firm provided legal services with respect to an international transaction of acquisition of four Polish companies owned one of the largest operators of gaming technologies in the world. The transaction was carried out between a Swiss company and a company based in Austria.
We provided comprehensive legal services, including in terms of corporate and tax matters, with one of the largest Polish brokerage houses involved.
