A company operating in the new technologies sector – entering into an investment project

We drafted and negotiated an investment agreement, considering the fact that there were public funds involved, for the company, which is dynamically expanding its operations in the new technologies sector, specializing in developing new applications. In drafting the agreement, our lawyers had to guarantee the investor with special rights and properly protect the personal engagement of the founders.
