A company operating in the technological sector – entering into an investment project

In this project, our Law Firm had two tasks: to draft and negotiate an investment agreement, taking into account the fact that there were public funds involved. The main elements to be included in the agreement were special rights of the investor (options for shares, preferences in the case of exiting the investment) and effective safeguarding of the personal engagement of the founders.
