Negotiation and lease of office space for a company implementing cloud-based solutions

Our client is a consulting & technology company, helping enterprises create the most important applications by leveraging AI & cloud-native technologies and modern ways of delivering software.

We supported our client, in the process of leasing office space. The company implements cloud-based solutions, creates innovations in terms of state-of-the-art technology, and works on machine learning. In this case, our Law Firm negotiated and executed an agreement of lease of space for the client’s offices in Kraków, at ul. Żółkiewskiego, in a newly built office block. The agreement concerned approx. 2,500 m2 of office space, including additional storage rooms and car parks.
