Our client is an international group of companies with a global reach, operating on the complex and heavily regulated alcoholic beverages market. The company is one of the largest beer producers in the world. We drafted a framework agreement between the company and its mother company that concerned the possibility of the Polish company providing intermediation services in terms of distribution of products in Poland.
Our cooperation with the client to date included inter alia the preparation of intercompany contracts between the group’s companies, which govern their internal relations, and the preparation of contracts, annexes and agreements with contractors (including the largest players on the trade market – e.g. Żabka, Jeronimo Martins).
In addition, we advise on day-to-day issues related to marketing (giving opinions on promotional and advertising campaigns, preparing regulations and privacy policy) and assist in regulating duties in terms of exchange of financial information, and enabling cash flows and settlements of remunerations between group members.
