Provision of services for the metropolitan union in southern Poland – drafting of tender documentation with respect to a public procurement procedure

On the basis of the description of the object of the contract prepared by the contracting authority, we drafted comprehensive tender documentation related to a public contract the value of which exceeds EU thresholds. Our services also included estimating the value of the contract, the object of which was the development or modernization, implementation, maintenance, and development of a multi-module IT system, including delivery of hardware.

We also drafted an agreement awarding a public contract that contained e.g. extensive provisions in terms of IT, including the implementation, maintenance, and development of the system, data security, and intellectual property rights.
