Provision of services to the Polish Insurance Institution – an agreement related to granting a license to provide services in terms of payments integration

We are drafting an agreement in which a license will be granted to provide payment integration services to the Polish Insurance Institution.
The agreement contains solutions in terms of spending public funds, regulates a variety of IT issues, and takes into account legal regulations concerning the provision of payment services.

The project also covers day-to-day support for the client in the proceedings for the granting of the license and representing him in court and other proceedings related to the proceedings for the granting of the license.
