Jagoda Rzechowska-Ochrym

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

Graduate of the School of Austrian Law operating within the Foreign Law Schools Coordination Centre at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

In 2020, she passed the bar exam with honours and was entered on the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.

She specialises in real estate law in a broad sense, with a particular focus on real estate investments, including conducting due diligence and drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation. She also advises investors, development companies and other entities operating in the real estate market on the investment and construction process, including administrative proceedings related to planning decisions, as well as on the lease and commercialisation of office and warehouse space.

She has many years of transactional experience. She has participated in prestigious multi-million dollar real estate transactions.

She is fluent in English and German.
