Bio

A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Since 2023, he has been entered in the register of legal advisers of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in ‘Medical Law and Bioethics’ at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

In his practice to date, he has provided legal advice to entrepreneurs, in particular commercial law companies, on corporate governance, M&A transactions and due diligence. He has experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance with industry regulations, preparing legal opinions, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating civil law contracts, including commercial contracts.

He is currently a member of the Compliance team.

In his free time, he enjoys motorcycling, photography and hiking in the mountains.
